Russell Roofing and Exteriors is actively hiring for a ROOFING LABORER! This is an entry-level position – we are seeking individuals looking for work and willing to undergo training. This position requires little to no experience; Russell Roofing will provide paid in-house and onsite training. Everything will be hands-on; individuals will learn basic construction industry trades, including roofing, siding, gutter, and skylight installations.What does this position entail?
Our roofing laborers are on active job sites from start to finish. The role of our roofing laborers is to install and repair roofs on residential and commercial properties. They are always under the supervision of a Mechanic or Superintendent. Our laborers work closely with our crews, ensuring each job is installed with the best quality and integrity.Compensation:
$18 – $22 hourly Russell Roofing and Exteriors offers competitive wages; this full-time position allows room for growth within the company.Benefits:
